12pm 5 miles on treadmill. Ran the last 2 miles in under 11mins so felt decent.

12pm 1 mile warm up. Workout - 1600m (5.19), 1200m (3.53), 800m (2.30), 400m (68)
400m recovery in approx 2.30
1 mile cool down
52mins on spin bike.
12pm 1 mile warm up. 8><200m in 34/35 with 200m recovery (55). 800m jog, then 800m fast 2.20. 1 mile warm down. Very windy. Didn't feel great.
4.45pm. 30mins (4.65 miles) on treadmill. Very warm inside.
9pm 30mins on spin bike.
11am 12.5 miles 5 laps of lincoln. Felt tired so backed off running with Tom and John. 1.23.04. 66mins for last 10 miles.
